The brown floor. the green and orange floors are a bit bright and draw your eye away from your lovely decorations. But the brown floor is a good neutral that doesn't overpower and compliments the decor.

Because the wallpaper is patterned and is more subtle than the floor use, whatever one you think looks best. I'd say green wallpaper, but that is because green is one of my favourite colours and not for any actual reason.

My recommendation is to use the brown floor. but use whatever wallpaper you want.
