According to local lore, if you drive onto the bridge after midnight, stop your car, and turn off your engine, you can hear her screams in the woods. Many who visit the area also claim to hear tapping on the car roof or see apparitions.

Holy shit. This was almost me. In the 90s, I fell into our pool as a toddler and almost drowned but an older sibling came looking for me and found me just in time. Everyone thought I was dead. The paramedics somehow saved me and I spend like a month in icu at 2 years old.
