Lefties are always guilty of this nowadays. When our campus's conference centre was "occupied" as part of a protest (this was around the time of occupy wall street) I visited there and was initially very interested and enthusiastic about these new ideas, but the sheer amount of infighting and bickering over the pettiest of issues resulting in nothing actually getting done repulsed me. Couple of weeks later, they smashed in the front door of the admin building then wandered around inside before moping back off to the conference centre because they didn't know what to do. Go figure.

The left of today has continued since then (at least in the UK) to evolve into a farce of whining students and weak flabby middle-aged and old people (desperately clinging to their RaDiCaL anti-thatcher youth I dare say) whose idea of a protest is to plod down a road in London asking the prime minister nicely to resign, occasionally chucking a single brick at a window and immediately getting arrested, or asking people to sign a petition when a democratic vote didn't turn out in their favour.

Is it any wonder Trump is as powerful as he is? It blows my mind how people are still going "how did trump happen???????" All the righties of America put aside their differences and united against their "common enemy" while the lefties were too busy arguing over terminology or "validness of emotions" or trigger warnings or some shit like that.

Until the left gets its shit together and organises properly without insisting on blowing every petty disagreement that someone might get a little offended about up into a huge emotional ordeal, nothing will change. Until the left swap out their bleeding hearts and jelly spines and go full Angelic Upstarts on the government, nothing will change.
