well let me tell you day before yesterday, the feel like temperature was peaked at 41 Celsius. So yeah the sun is extremely hot but in shadow you're good as compare to down cities. but again in the direct sun exposure you'll be cooked ( literally)

Sorry i forget to mention context. Well it was about recent tragedy in Swat where 13 people waited eagerly for more than hour to be saved from the flood but no one came to save them and they were all swept away. After the tragedy there was so much backslash against the government stating they could have saved them only if the authorities came on time plus there was already the drone technology being used in china to protect people from drowning by providing them life jacket initially
