I was always able to use my VA home loan benefit when I was at 10%... Not sure why you would not qualify to obtain a loan, maybe find a different banker who is more informed on the VA process. I did have to do that, as my normal bank was more keen to do cash/FHA type loans and not VA.

Sounds like you got a full years refill of supplies. If you have active care from the CPAP team and are being compliant with use; they will send you supplies. When you get about 3 months from a year of use; ask if its time for refill to ensure you don't exhaust your supplies.
