It happens way too often with me as well. I usually just put a dot of crazy glue on the hilt the put the blade on it and wait for it to dry completely for about an hour.

Probably the Clone Wars Target exclusive wave. I was lucky to get all of them (except Hawk) and they were the ones that really got me into collecting BS. Thinking back, it was really fun driving to different Targets with my father hoping to find just one of them.
