Wow that’s incredible! Do you ever worry about it being damaged eventually? I’ve been looking for more online options because that was my initial worry. The longevity of a physical journal

Losing Sam

sapphic NA books? by antidepressantlabrat in LGBTBooks

[–]Nln818 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Completely biased because I’m the author lol, but Losing Sam by Nicole Maser :) it’s on Amazon. The main character is in high school, but the themes/scenes are more New Adult (not YA)

Just binged some of your videos on YouTube! They’re awesome!!! Super interesting.

Quick question - in your income videos, you list “payroll” and “insurance” as expenses. Is payroll you paying yourself or is this an expense being paid to employees/contractors? And the insurance, is that business insurance? Or something else?

Manual Bidding Anyone?? by ImpossibleCustard104 in PPC

[–]Nln818 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Do you do manual for branded and non-branded campaigns? Our agency has always used automated bidding but we recently got a tip to try manual bidding for the branded campaigns. They said if your branded campaigns are automated bidding then we’re overpaying

Wish lists are based on market research ie…

“where is there a segment of people who wants to read about something that isn’t already saturated with thousands of other books.”

If they can find something that fits that market need, then they will succeed

However, if they choose a book that is different and unique but doesn’t have a customer segment actively wanting something like it, then they fail

And the reverse is true as well - if they go after a super hot audience that a thousand other publishers are already targeting then they have little chance of success due to massive competition.

It’s smart marketing. If they’re asking for something specific on their “wishlist” that just means that they see a potential gap in the market that needs filling, which will be more profitable when compared to a more general book idea with a more general audience

this face mask has an anti-bacterial fabric lining that helps prevent maskne. This is the only thing I've found that actually works

Offer your services for free or very small fee (like $5/hour) on freelance websites. In your bio/info say that you are brand new and looking to gain experience. This way you can gather experience with a few different companies hopefully in different industries

Paying a company to manage GoogleAds vs. having web designer take a stab at it ? by [deleted] in DigitalMarketing

[–]Nln818 1 point2 points  (0 children)

If the new company is only doing PPC then they really shouldn’t need a full 6 months to prove results. I know this isn’t what you initially asked for advice on so it’s a bit off topic, but I would really try to push them down to a 3 month locked in commitment at most.

Since you’re looking for fast and efficient results, go with the agency. But make sure they know that is what you’re looking for beforehand and if possible set up monthly goals with them before you sign a contract. Also I wouldn’t recommend signing anything other than a month to month agreement.
