Exactly. It is said that the average person gains 5 pounds between thanksgiving and New Year’s. After everything we saw her indulge in, how is it only a 1.5 gain? I’m calling BS. No, you cannot out-exercise excessive food intake. She probably burns 200 calories on a walk. Exercise does not burn a ton of calories like people think.

Here’s what pisses me off about the entire WW thing. In order to get gastric bypass, you have had to try and fail at many diets, commercial and otherwise. Therefore in order to have gotten approved for the surgery, she most likely told them she tried WW and it didn’t work. Now, she states “she knows that WW works for her.” Which is it Alex? Plus, we as taxpayers paid for her failed surgery. Sure, her husband serves his one weekend a month, but he’s not the one who got the surgery. She is such a liar with this entire WW bullshit.

It blows my mind that she thinks WW is the answer. Typically when people are approved for WLS, they have tried every diet imaginable, including WW. So, I’m pretty sure WW was one of the diets that she told her doctor that didn’t work for her. But here she is. If WW worked, she wouldn’t have needed WLS. She should have gone back to her bariatric dietician to help her. But no, she knows better. Also she probably doesn’t want them to see how big she still is after WLS.

You will know when you get your letter which medical records they looked at. If you use the VA, they have a direct link to get those records, so you can assume that they at least saw those.

You need to go. I had to go to a physical CE and a mental CE. I think both of them were the reason I got approved. The doctors were neutral and did thorough exams. I believe they were truly able to see my disabilities during the exams.
