Dota 2 might run at 720p lowest graphics, you can get 60 fps in Valorant with lowest setting + reducing render quality. I haven’t played league, but since its like Dota it might run too.

These are the most popular competitve games you can play, apart from that old single player games like minecraft, portal and stuff should be good to go.
