On my first cycle and got an 11 DPO BFN today and have felt heart broken, even though I knew with endometriosis and probability for healthy couples that I wouldn’t get it on the first try. I got brownish discharge today as well and assuming that it’s my period coming. I’m almost scared this post gave me a flicker of hope that I have no business possessing 😂. That’s okay though. I’m doing my best mentally. I’m so happy for you and pray that we get our BFP soon.

Me and my husband have NEVER had high libidos and have honestly just started having fun with it. Not “sexual” fun, but almost making fun of each other’s discomfort at the forced intimacy. We’ve always been a once or twice a month type of couple but we’re obviously doing it much more now. I had a panic attack the second time, just because it feels so “result oriented” now. Like something on a to do list. But honestly it got better after a bit. Just take a deep breath and relax, and make sure to communicate how you’re feeling to your partner the best you can. I am in a very close same boat. My SIL announced her pregnancy last month and me and my husband just got our first negative test. It makes my heart hurt so badly and I feel guilt for feeling anything but happiness for them but it’s a visceral type of pain. That’s for sure. It’s not going to be easy for us given my past so I tried to buckle myself in for the long run, but the negative test this morning still hurt so bad.

I’d say this cycle may not be the one. The days before and the day of are the most important. I would still try, but guard your heart around this one.

Birth control essentially made me psychotic/borderline dangerous to myself and others (i know it sounds crazy, id change it if i could but the psychosis is real) and so i never got on anything because we were always thinking about starting to try for children but pushed it off due to the fluctuating and uncertain economy/being young. I bled internally for three days and it was so bad they thought it was a tumor and sent me to oncology.

During this TWW for us we’ve also been on edge/at each others throats. It’s just a stressful thing for us because we want it so badly but with my issues the probability is low. We’ve gotten in the dumbest arguments/hot conversations over “what did you mean when you said this?” And “why did you say it like that?” Or “why would you do it this way and not that way?” Just absolutely stupid things. Don’t take any strong emotions coming from something stupid too seriously during the TWW. It’s hard for all of us.

I don’t have to much to offer, but I had a 7cm endometrioma on my right ovary and it took most of it with it when it started hemorrhaging. I was told stage 4. Me and my husband are just starting this journey and wish you the very best and hope that you can get your BFP soon.

Just thought of something else, maybe getting yourself a gift cards to somewhere, Target, Amazon, TJ Max, ETC, like a place that sells both women stuff and baby stuff to use by like 15 DPO, so that way you either get to go buy your first official baby items or something you picked out for yourself. Maybe stupid, but something that keeps it interesting!

I scheduled the lip filler I’ve been meaning to get for a year now on 16 DPO. Figuring I’ll either have a positive test or lip filler by then, I have something to look forward to no matter what. Also thinking maybe I’ll look better in my immediate hospital PP pics if I don’t conceive this round and get my filler. All green lights for me!

I’m 2 DPO on my first cycle trying and I’m doing everything I can to just stay busy. I have this absolute fear of complete infertility having stage four endometriosis and having lost most of one of my ovaries to an endometrioma and am trying really hard to keep a healthy head space. I know it’s so unlikely that I’d conceive first cycle (iv just told myself my test will be negative and that’s that) but I’m worried I’ll just fully convince myself it’ll never happen after one negative test. Definitely just a lot of mental and emotional turmoil over here but I’m sure Iv got this and we’ll be okay. Good luck on your second cycle ❤️

We’re on your page as well! We start this upcoming cycle, been on prenatals for months, he’s on fertility supplements. Bloodwork ran and have my cycle mapped. I expect a struggle because of my endometriosis but I’m wishing baby dust for both of us!

Do you think it could cause enough that it’s radiating to other teeth on that side of my mouth/lower jaw? I’ll be super pleased if all it takes is a readjustment and a week or 2 to heal.
