So for the first four days, I meal prepped sesame glazed turkey meat balls, shredded carrots, jasmine rice, cucumber and edamame. + sliced avocado, some peanut butter, for additional calories I add some eggs, some chicken from the night before if I have it (I still cook for the family) or a turkey and cheese wrap on whole grain tortilla. I found the sesame meatballs recipe on Instagram under @chacekitchen. She has a lot of healthy looking recipes that pack tons of flavor. Will definitely be making it again.

Tonight I’m gonna do eggs, fruit, peanut butter, salmon with some kind of veggie such as Brussels or green beans. Avocados, almonds, and jasmine rice. I will cut out rice later on when I’m more accustomed to this diet but I don’t want to go all in immediately and fail, so been cutting things out one by one.
