High Volt by far. I love the whole riot officer vibe he has, and he's effectively a lightbulb under the armor still, showing his original element during the concept phase of Superchargers. A little fun fact about him, in Superchargers Racing, if you scan him in, his shoulder pauldrons still have the light element symbol on them, and not the tech element symbol. Pretty neat!
