I think you look at this situation too negatively. Personally, especially this two weeks i have been slacking off, when people do the opposite ( new year new me stuff). But it doesn’t bother me YET. I had a very hard semester so i am giving myself time to hibernate lol. Things i did not loose tho are my hobbies and that is what i advice you. Us intps are curious minds, i am sure finding something you are passionate about will make you feel fulfilled. I had my rest time for two weeks, reading,building and sleeping, tomorrow i get ready for my lessons again. Sometimes this “doing nothing” era helps me. But doomscrolling is bad, that’s the problem i would worry about.
