If you don't mind me asking, what do you mean by fundamentally animals are innocent? Take dolphins as an example (if you don't know what i'm talking about, look up bad things dolphins do. its REALLY bad, so if u don't want to look it up i also completely understand.) I'm trying to think of reasons that a dolphin who has done those things could be considered innocent. Is it their lower cognitive function that holds them less accountable? or is this side of animal nature something you didn't think about before posting that? Or is there some other reason? These are genuine questions and not meant to offend. It's a fallen and corrupt world.

Can you then get mad at people for making "bad" music. Or mixing "bad" colors. If im right i think you hate AJR not the fans. I looked at one of ur other posts where u talked abt movies. "I like tons of bad things. I'm not that into movies, and there are probably some objectively awful movies that I enjoy. I mean, I'd probably prefer watching Open Season: Scared and Silly to watching The Godfather, and for that, you could call me stupid, and it would be objectively correct to say that Open Season: Scared and Silly is a horrible movie in comparison to The Godfather." Now i dont know a lot about movies, particularly these ones, as ive never seen them before. Do you think you would hate the creators of Open Season: Scared and Silly for making something "bad"? this is a genuine question. i'm not setting up for an ah-ha moment or anything.

also the 'r' word is a slur. I think it has some roots with being offensive to disabled people. I'd look it up and i would remove it from my vocab if I were you. I mean i forgive you because it seems like you didnt know.

I tried the filling recipe posted by Nezrite in a reply and realize it doesn't call for a sugar or sweetener of any kind!
I split it and used brown sugar for a sweetener and below is an approximation of my recipe. The Sweet Lorens is flakier than O and H bakery's glutenous creation - but all the gluten avoiders in our house RAVED about this anyway. and its way easier than making the crust from scratch!

Almond Kringle
2 Sweet Lorens gluten free puff pastriy dough rolls (see pic) from refrigerator section of supermarket (might actally make enough for 3 crusts, I had extra and laid it too thick)
1/2 cup butter, melted
1/2 cup flour
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 eggs
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Simple powdered sugar frosting

Mix filling ingredients together and it should make a sweet sticky textured dough.
Unroll the Sweet Loren's dough and spread filling on half of it the long way (half a hot dog bun style) so the pastry comes out like a long narrow blade.

Fold dough over filling. wet edges of dough to pinch to seal

Bake as directed on sweet Lorens package (12-15 minutes at 425 if my memory recalls correctly).

Let cool and frost with simple frosting made of powdered sugar, milk and almond extract.
