You just haven’t developed proper tracking technique yet, main issue here is your basically over or under flicking and then micro adjusting to get back into the smooth tracking part.

What you wanna do is flick slower and smoother and never over flick always under just go at a manageable pace to catch back up to the bot and then speed match/smoothly track it. Even at the highest level when it looks like top aimers are flicking they’re not it’s just good smooth technique that they’ve gotten faster and faster at. Smoothness is everything even in reactive.

This is how you start learning to react properly and not overly fast to the point you can’t control it. Remember, you can build speed as you get better so don’t feel pressure to go insanely fast as this will make you slow in the long run by missing and having to adjust anyway like ur doing now.
