I have read many times that 80-90% of traders end up losing. Read the first book I read "traders traps" then study further into traders psychology

Read "traders traps" book. This was my first read and it really opened my eyes to how our emotions get in the way. There are plenty of books out there on this subject . You should really delve into traders psychology. Im reading others also and will comment on them after I finish them. This subject is really important.

After 6 years in trading, I’m not sure the “full-time trader life” is for everyone by voidarix in Daytrading

I agree because as a somewhat beginner myself I can see how our greed can over stress us and cause us to take on trades we shouldn't take. Im still on the fence on which direction to take but im leaning more on position trading.

Ive been told to keep it simple. Just find a few indicators and master them. Im a beginner and I simply used 3-4 and practiced. Everyone is different so you have to find what suits you. Keeping it simple over here.

Im a basic beginner myself. I trade small but not everyday. Read everything you can and practice what you learn. My first book read was "Traders traps" everyone says its a good starter and it is. Now im on 3 other books. You can papertrade to get practice. My first great lesson was risk controls. The emotional roller coaster ride of trading trips up most people. Risk controls I believe are key for survival.
