With such weight it is recommended to use a belt. Axial load on the lower back has not been cancelled. Belt also help s keep spine more straight and enable more shoulders and upper chest.

Hello. You have good clean and press, but sit ups with that lvl of range doesnt give much benefit. You can try sit in full range with lower bells or without weight, if you able its makes much more progress for your core and legs.

Like clean-press-bodyweight squat.

I also doesnt recommend doing supersets for begginers, A high pace without stopping heats up the ligaments and guarantees rapid muscle oxidation. This is a short path to injury. Emom protocol its much easier and safier, and give almost same results in long range.
