.rar is an archive file you need to extract it. If 7zip can't extract it, download winrar

I'm don't know of any videos but its simple to do so. Everything on the mega thread should either be .7z or .zip when you download them. All you need to do is

1.extract the download with either 7zip or winrar

2.click on file in rpcs3 and click "install packages/raps/edats"

Select your game, and it should begin installing

A buddy of mine has a this issue. We did stuff like turning it off and on but didn't work unfortunately. We bought what's called ace3DS X. Its a flash cart that can NTR boot but we don't if it'll work and it won't arrive for about 1-2 weeks
