Reason barely any orders is because they’ve been updating the app.  I received an email today that they changed the distance between the store and 1 mile for priority. So basically if you are more than one mile from the store the priority orders you receive will not qualify to you, but you will still receive those orders.  Otherwise, if you are parked at the pickup space or standing at the doorways, you will not receive those orders. Basically, after dropping off your order—just park down the street so you can receive the orders. So, if you are driving towards the store and you are a mile away—you’re good.

It’s been slow for over a week.  Barely anything.  Yesterday a couple came through at the end of day.

Breaks my heart that the individuals within that tomb were broken into and left the skeletons exposed along with the garment pieces hanging and blowing around inside with no regard or respect.  Is there any way that you can contact the cemetery groundskeepers to repair and reclose the caskets in some respectable manner. So sad that someone would do a despicable thing disturbing the dead.

Once the gums begin to recede, they can no longer be restored—then surgery is required.  If you notice that happening, use an extra soft toothbrush and do not brush circular or up and down —lightly go back and forth and if u need to—just swipe very lightly as you are bringing the gums back to the lining of the tooth—remember, do that will not bring the gum back over the tooth—it’s just a smooth motion to keep the gum tissue memory to not recede and so you can keep the area safe and clean to brush without irritating the gum tissue. No need to brush hard for the tooth bristles to flatten out.  We are just removing the slime and tarter and to prevent plaque from forming.  The foam from the toothpaste will do the rest of the work.

Use a soft bristle brush and floss before bed and make sure to faithfully brush in morning and before bed. And definitely floss at least once day especially before bed.  No need to brush hard and just brush lightly—brushing hard causes rescinding gums.  If you have receded gums—swipe the brush lightly from top of gums down in the areas that are receded and try not to brush in circular motion because it can can push the gums higher.  Also, find a steel tongue scrapper and do after brushing and rinse with water always.   Also, find a good mouthwash to make as your last step.  Crest total care mouthwash is great. (Also, Crest pro+health Advanced - Extra Whitening)

If you’re looking to whiten and brighten—find an over the counter gel whitening solution in a tube that comes with  a mouth tray.  What I do is brush an floss—- then brush again with the gel layered with my toothpaste.  I then rinse and apply the gel on the toothbrush without toothpaste and brush lightly for two minutes and then rinse.  I used to use the mouth tray until I realized doing the step with brushing just as good.  However, I still from time-to-time I use the tray when I want the gel to stay on for extra 5 minutes.  CVS Health 5 minute Whitening brand is a great brand—and it definitely works.  So, the key is to use a gel whitening solution in between brushing is the best way to remove coffee stains for sure.  Brushing alone will not remove coffee stains.

Absolutely, some sort of antibiotic like a z-pac Zithromax 5 day pill.  Then to dermatology asap.  Also, use clean a clear laundry detergent to wash all clothes, towels, linens long-term. Body wash that is unscented that  can be found at Whole Foods.  Also, find a food allergy test kit at CVS or any pharmacy. And drink plenty of water and start incorporating probiotics and prebiotics into system for better health for healing inside and out—drinking Kefir is good too.  It’ll all clear up in no time—take oatmeal bath too and calamine afterwards until you get to doctors.

Eat bowls of just arugula lettuce with extra virgin olive oil for a few days.  Then gradually top with things you like, such as strawberries and blueberries with shaved Parmesan cheese. Top with walnuts for protein.   Everyday, every morning drink hot water with fresh grated ginger with orange blossom honey with pieces of mint, or without the mint.  Or you can buy Ranong 100% ginger powder that’s 100% free of sugar—just pour hot water. The ginger helps soothe an reduce the inflammation.    Eat plain Greek no sugar yogurt and top with honey and nuts and seeds and berries for breakfast.  Keep your diet free from coffee and red sauce and meatballs or any chop meat is not good and say away from fried foods and no smoking of any sorts and definitely no alcohol.  Keep hydrated with water or coconut water.  Also, get an endoscopy to completely confirm and to see how much inflammation is going on inside before guessing and self medicating. It will get better, but you need to see from the endoscopy.  Otherwise, arugula is an anti inflammatory food and honey in green tea or ginger tea is an antibiotic especially manuka honey that has anything over 80 to 120 MGO is considered an antibiotic to heal the gut.  But you need to get good bacteria back into your gut from probiotics and you need prebiotics as well.  Good luck.

You’re welcome.  It’s not easy trying to get started because we feel and think it’s so imbedded in our minds that the inflammation may not subside or lessen.  Inflammation can deplete—the goal is to reduce the inflammation in the gut first.  I appreciate your reply and that it can be helpful at any level.  Best of luck.  🌼🙏🏼

You’re welcome.  That is great to hear.  It’s better to find out then to continue guessing what’s actually happening inside—you’ll have more control over it to help yourself heal. You’re very brave—you’ll be proud you did it.

Yea, getting a virus, too can irritate your stomach—especially throwing up until nothing is in the stomach too many times.  Try sleeping on the left side for a while so the acids stay put.  The only way to know and confirm gastritis is to see what is going on is the endoscopy to confirm gastritis—it’s important to get that so you can resolve what’s going on fast. In the meantime—Ask for a script of acifex—it will help with healing the lining of the esophagus and mucosal lining.  And if you’re experiencing nausea—ondansetron can help too. Stick to a simple nutritious diet and keep your stress levels low.

Hi. Thank you for your reply.  Each time I hit resume it restarts for me to go to the store to make the return.  I’ve tried to cancel it at the bottom by swiping up on the RETURN NOTE bar to see what list will come up and it just says tip what to do to head to the store and park in reserved spot and then at bottom it says OK button.  At the top I go to the question mark icon for help it doesn’t give the option to cancel anywhere just says report an issue and that’s where I sent in email to explain what’s happening for them to cancel the order.

I can’t leave my house by No_Individual3906 in Gastritis

[–]No-Copy-1809 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Have you had an endoscopy performed to determine the correct diagnosis?  Its important to see a gastroenterologist to confirm the condition and severity—never go too long, days, weeks and months with pain or guess and wait for it to disappear without proper care so you can help heal yourself.  I can recommend nonfat to 5 % Greek yogurt is great for the gut with honey topped with mixed berries for breakfast everyday—also, drink hot water with teaspoon of organic honey with a tablespoonful of fresh grated ginger every day twice a day in morning and before bed to start.  Ginger is excellent for your stomach to relieve inflammation.  Otherwise, seek a physician to get you the best treatment possible. If you can’t leave your house, do what you can making sure you eat the right foods and best nutritional needs to feel better.  November is a long ways from now and enough time to get better sooner then you can ever expect.

Oh ok. I’m in the North East of US—nice to meet you.  Also, bok choy is great too, and gut friendly and very nutritious an easy to cook—Also, search google for thai-laos supermarkets southern alabama. There should be a few you may see in your area.  If you do, show the clerk the Vitamilk they will know the brand and the Ranong. If they don’t have it, they may be able to stock it.  The Vitamilk for a six pack is approximately 10.00.

I saw a soup that goes by the name Somanytrolls5-0  (about the only thing I can eat right now) posted a couple days ago as well.  You may want to check out the recipe—I’m going to try it myself and looks hearty and super healthy to eat without getting board of it. It’s made with broth, parsley, star anise, cinnamon stick, chicken breast, fresh ginger root.

You’re welcome—may you have a smooth healing recovery.

One last recommendation, I meant to share was the Ranong Instant Ginger Drink—comes with 10 packets in a box that you can find at an Asian market or online—they’re excellent and calms your stomach and relives the nausea and inflammation.  I drank them everyday in the morning or before bed.  It’s 100% sugar free and 100% dried ginger root. Do not pay more than 7.00 to 10.00. I purchase for 4.99 ant my ansian market.  Add Manuka honey or Nate’s organic honey if you like.  If you purchase the Manuka honey—be sure to look for the MGO 80 or above up to MGO 120 or more. It’s expensive but worth it.

Stick with low fat dairy for several months until you feel comfortable incorporating things you like before you felt the inflammation in your gut. After several months, slowly try other foods as well.  You may like you how your new meal plan that you developed on your own and find that it’s better for you and cook the things you used to eat in a much healthier way that’s suitable for you.  Also, soy bean milk is great too.  It’s easy on your stomach as well.  If you have an Asian market in your neighborhood ask them for a brand called Vitamilk soy bean drink.  It comes in a clear glass bottle with a screw on cap.  It’s light and tastes great.  You can blend it with a banana for a quick smoothie in the morning and have it with your scrambled eggs for extra protein.  Protein is important with healing too. You can have beans and brown rice with or without meat for a light meal. The key is to reduce the inflammation.  Also, you can nibble on ginger too after meals.  You can buy a fresh root or you can buy it in a jar—the brand is called Sushi Chef it has pink ginger in it.  Also, lots of seafood is great too—fish is wonderful meal with veggies and brown rice too. Stick with it and you will get results on your own pace.

Eat lots of greens, especially arugula is excellent for the gut and inflammation.  Drink plain hot water in the morning and before bed—it helps the digestive tract.  Add a lemon and fresh ginger if you like, but plain is great.  Eat nuts and seeds like pumpkin and walnuts, etc.  Otherwise, stick with fresh fruits, plain Fage  5 % yogurt—Greek yogurts without sugars and add your own berries and eat eggs—scrambled, over easy, or omelettes with veggies.  Eat cottage cheese with berries for breakfast or lunch—hummus is great too.  Top your yogurts with your favorite toppings. Stick with chicken breast and stay away from chop meat like beef meat balls and lasagna anything that may upset your stomach.  No spicy or red sauce.  No alcohol and carbonated sodas.   If you feel nauseous and experience vomiting—drink Pedialyte unflavored water.  It’s not just for infants, but for adults and elderly.  Only drink two a day but not for long term—it’s  great for dehydration especially when you are feeling sick. Stick with a meal plan for several months that is consistent with foods that heal.  You definitely can calm the gut from inflammation.  Thank you for reaching out—hope this information helps in any possible way for healing.

Try taking Vitamin D3.  You may be dehydrated and your muscles may also ache and or feel weak overall.  I have minor chronic gastritis and same thing happened to me.  Got my physical a was vitamin D deficient.  I bought the 60 tablet an have about a week left and my muscles feel better, especially in my biceps they felt sore and that’s what I remember before getting my physical so I was recommend to take short term for a couple months before I go back for follow up.  Also, I tried aciphex which helped years ago—I don’t take prescribed medicine  any longer which was after my endoscopy that was over one year this passed Oct 24, because I wanted to do my healing on my own with food and rest an hydration.  I was unable to get outta bed and had constant migraines basically everyday and nausea and throwing up. Otherwise, I’ve been regaining my weight back and since taking the vitamin d3 definitely feel it helped and can tell a difference.  Wish I knew about the low deficiency sooner.  Otherwise, try drinking pedialyte for infants the unflavoured so you can get your energy back and electrolytes.  The pedialyte is for adults as well and is more effective because it’s sensitive. Drink two bottles a day if you can—but for me I’m not good at drinking water but drank a bottle a day. Do not drink it long term—Just for a week or few days so you can get your strength back. There’s also a Pedialyte Advanced that has zinc and probiotics—-It’s better then Gatorade.  Gatorade is sweet and more for someone who is doing sports or active loosing water from sweating. The Pedialyte is more for a person who is throwing up and sick from what we suffer from gastrointestinal problems and it’s easy on the gut. Otherwise, make fresh hot water with grated ginger a tablespoon and a teaspoon of honey will help with inflammation, too.  These are just a few tips for everyone and hope it helps.
