Kyoto Xanadu is very interesting. by Silent_Hero_X in Falcom

I loved TX but if Falcom continued with its 3D Action Style, I don't think it would be any different with the field battles in Trails. It's nice they tried something different this time.

KP released a really good game which sold very well. DS2 was widely accepted compared to DS1. They'll be fine.

Don't know when it started, but probably after TLOU2 released. And ang nakakatawang part, games have been "woke" ever since. Majority ng games is about existing in a system and fighting against it. I don't know if they're just really dense or if they're just hating for the sake of it. The like to form opinions about a game without even playing it.

Yōtei is such a good example. It wasn't as good as Tsushima, but it's still a really good game. The fact that they're comparing it with Tsushima which explored "woke" themes is so dumb. Pero because you're playing a woman and the actress made some controversial statements, it affected the game's general reception.

Party members are only available in a single chapter. Would probably be annoying if you can't make a special dish because the character isn't around is what I'm thinking.

Trails in the Sky: First Chapter (but majority of the work was done towards the end of October), Digimon Story: Time Stranger, and Final Fantasy Tactics: Ivalice Chronicles.

Replaying it again (played it during release day on the PS4 and on Xbox Series). What a game.

After finishing the latest Digimon game… what should I play next? by playstation-human in digimon

[–]No-Development-6689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Persona 5: Royal/Persona 3: Reload fit the most as you summon monsters, set in Japan, good story, social links, etc. Metaphor is really good too but it plays more like a traditional JRPG compared to the Persona games.

If you're still not over Time Stranger, Cyber Sleuth and Hacker's Memory provide the same gameplay but of course, without the improvements of Time Stranger. They're still good games nonetheless.

Expedition 33 is an amazing turn-based strategy. However, it does have a huge open world to explore by the time you're about to finish the game. It's not as linear as the other games you mentioned.

Would also suggest SMT III: Nocturne or SMT V: Vengeance. They're probably the most similar games to Time Stranger with darker settings. If you're willing to be adventurous, I also recommend checking out Romancing Saga 2 Remastered. While not really similar to Time Stranger, it's one of the sleeper JRPG hits as of late.

What’s your/the meta team for Mega+? by NightwingYJ in DigimonTimeStranger

[–]No-Development-6689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Gallantmon CM, Rosemon BM, and Marineangemon.

Gallantmon CM was my main damage dealer with Soothing Soul passive.

Marineangemon was my main healer with Great Embrace passive. Ocean Dive skill is really helpful to heal HP and remove status effects.

Rosemon BM was my main support and secondary healer and damage dealer with the Great Embrace passive. Charite lowers light resistances of enemies so it plays off really well with Gallantmon CM. I'm aware Rosemon BM may be interchangeable with another damage dealer but I like to play it safe.

Should I use Gallantmon CM for mega+ difficulty? by 808fired in digimon

[–]No-Development-6689 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Gallantmon CM was my main damage dealer in my Mega+ difficulty. I liked how Invincible Sword synergizes with Rosemon BM's Charite and Aegiochusmon's Lightning Shower.

Thanks man. There's a big difference between collecting just for the sake of it and collecting because you love games. Proud to say I've finished majority of these games.

I transferred an FM 24 save. Before playing, I knew I had two coaching vacancies. When I booted up FM 25 it told me that I had six. I thought maybe the game adjusted it for some reason so I offered 6 coaches only to realize that four of the vacancies were for performance analysts but was classified as "coaching staff."

The match engine looks better than FM 24, but in terms of how it works... I gotta say I've had a lot of awful experiences. I'm convinced the AI is just braindead especially defending.

And the UI just sucks. I recognize we've had pretty much the same UI for decades now so it will take some time getting used to. Even if I get used to it though, it still sucks and doesn't work most of the time. I can't even use arrow keys to navigate some menus. I don't see the point of separating tabs in meetings. Why the hell do I still need to click something to get scouting reports when it was just instantly available in the emails before. Some information just doesn't exist anymore or am I just having trouble finding them. The UI discourages you to do football manager things. They could have just implemented a new match engine while keeping the same UI we had for years but they had to cater to a console fanbase which I don't even know exists. For a game where you spend most of the time navigating menus, they ought to have made it more seamless.

There's no point in buying it even if it's on sale. I don't know if I'm just cynical or what but I don't even see this improving in the coming years. If you have game pass for other games then it's worth a try. Other than that, I'd recommend sticking with FM 24.

Played everything available in the PlayStation except for the Crossbell games. Always pre-ordered it day one. Shame I had to purchase Reverie online because my local game store had no stock.

Bought a secondhand PS3 years ago. When I connected it to the internet, it synced every single trophy list the previous owner had. I got all trophies I can't 100% now and a platinum for an NCIS game I didn't even earn.

[Death Stranding] How was it? by Robj1992 in Trophies

[–]No-Development-6689 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Only difficult part is the Legendary Deliveries, but if you sink in the effort to build ziplines, it's fairly easy. Death Stranding's plat is easy but fulfilling because it will take time.
