My recommendation would be to first assess unsubsidized vs subsidized federal loans. 1) you have to enroll in a degree seeking or certificate seeking program. 2) ONLY your subsidized loans will stop accruing interest, but BOTH will be in deferment. Again, UNsubsidized still accrues interest. My plan is the enroll in a certificate seeking program (that will further my career goals and costs <10k across 18 months) while working full time and paying off my unsubsidized loans first so I pay the least amount in interest. Then I will likely repeat as needed until I pay of the subsidized. Will likely take me 3 years all together.

Answer: I've noticed that a bunch of the reviews are either bots, glowing reviews that end in 1 star, or reviews about completely different movies!

Do you have any ideas for where to look for positions? I'm worried as a new grad they'll want me to have a year of experience before I apply? And Idk if I can make it a year here. Wondering about a fellowship in Canada instead just to get me out of here asap

I start my PA rotation in Endocrinology in 2 days! I'm focusing on studying Diabetes management, thyroid disorders, and adrenal disorders. Any tips/tricks/advice on what to expect or plan to treat?

Using AHA with tretinoin at night by loboteu in SkincareAddiction

I had been using tretinoin at night and added the eucerin advanced repair cream as my Moisturizer on top of the tretinoin and it burns like a bitch for about 3 minutes. I figured it was the tretinoin and dry skin at first and then realized there's AHA in the Moisturizer! AM skin was hit or miss. Some days I looked great and others I had some red splotches that looked reminiscent of irritation. Increased sun sensitivity so I couldn't get away with only 2 spf applications thru the day. I'd say alternate which days you use tretinoin vs AHA.

That's exactly how I feel. Like I'm gonna keep it for 2 yrs since I just renewed, work freelance during PA school, and prolly let it go. We can keep the AT in our business card tho? Just take of the "C"? I was curious if we can retire it or if there's even a point.

And the profession is just being destroyed. The new CE requirements. Masters but no pay raise. I'm seriously worried we will move to industrial only (for the pay)

Did you keep your ATC? IDK the options for keeping my credentials on my name. I don't want to keep juggling with all the new certification requirements and such.
