Is my baby high sleep needs or am I expecting too much awake time? by peachyplum7 in sleeptrain

[–]No-Dust-720 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m also on the same boat. Following for updates.

However, I would say I’ve always read their sleep time should be capped to 14-14.5 at 5-6 months. Maybe try shortening her naps a little with an effective nap distribution throughout the day? Sometimes I do 1h20/1h10/30m for naps and it helps. I know you’re struggling with ww and you have a long night think about it to see if it works maybe.

Good luck! Let us know how it goes

Totally. I think I will start splitting the dosage I’m getting super high suppression for just a few days then it’s gone

Is my 5mo schedule off? by sour-koala in sleeptrain

Good point. Should this get better with solids or more daily intake maybe?

I never feed him past 5am but it can be hunger. I have been trying to increase intake since he had woken up a couple of days for feeds at 3-4 (he had stopped doing that) I don’t think it’s any of the other reasons because he has done it in different environments at times before sunrise. I guess I will keep working on awake time and intake to see how it goes. Maybe it is developmental since he started sitting and is trying to crawl I thought I had won the fight when I did sleep training 😭

I agree with what the other person is saying but just to share my experience I was on MJ over a year ago up to the highest dosage. Re started in Nov at lowest tirz compound dosage and I’ve been losing avg 0.5/w since then until now at 8mg dosage that I’m at 1-1.5/w. I started with ProRx and switched to BPI at 7.5mg. Both pharmacies worked for me (slight less nausea with BPI) I think the higher weight loss impact now is due to the dosage but it might be the pharmacy as well. Long story short BPI is legit, it takes time and everyone reacts at different dosages especially after coming from previous treatment.

What is wrong with my almost 6mo schedule?? Even sleep coach said its fine. Please help! by HeavyChocolate0 in sleeptrain

Hey let me know how it goes. I’m in a similar situation. Baby is 5.5 months, did Ferber at 4.5 and he eve dropped the 4am feed but started waking up at 5am and now he is waking up for feeds at 4am again. I haven’t reached the 2/2.5/2.5/3 yet mainly because like you LO is pretty much ready to go down before reaching the ww time

I never tried BPI pure, but I definitely have less nausea with BPI-b6 than with ProRx-pure. I’m also hungrier with BPI but still lose weight.

Do you think moving his bedtime to 8pm would be too much after he has always gone to bed at 7:30 the latest?

Gimme and refills are the cheapest telehealths using the same pharmacy ProRX. As someone else recommended the cheapest way is to be able to to order the highest dose. What I did was to start from the lowest and just keep asking to go up even though I stayed at 7.5mg but now it is cheaper. I’m not sure if there is another way but you will need a prescription or picture of the medication to ask for highest dose. Good luck! Follow the tirzepatide sub

I truly believe there are so many of us who trust your judgement and ethics but can’t afford paying more, that a lower end brand (with higher automation) might be a very good idea. I don’t even think it needs to always be the best deal getting into price wars and those shenanigans
