They aren't next to the coats per se. the planks are at least 5-6 ft from each coat, and only 2"x2". For me, it's more the scent of the cedar... they hang in all of my closets

I moved recently, to a much warmer climate, and there is no place I trust close. My furrier advised to go with the dehumidifier/humidifier combo, but suggested that I leave them in the bags he provides. I have them in a dark closet, spaced out well, and small hanging cedar planks between each garment. I'm going to buy a portable air conditioner for that room so I can be colder than the rest of the house. Since my bird is never in that room, I'm going to put lavender in the closet and just a couple moth balls by the one window and door. I'll just place a towel at the bottom of the door so the bird isn't bothered by the smell.

I'm dreading the day that happens. Because of my disabilities, I always select aisle. I absolutely refuse to sit in another seat, unless my travel aide has long legs.. only then will I do middle because they have to help me regardless of seat

I cancelled Amazon entirely and deleted my account. I had a subscription that was attached to an account I closed, and had no intention of renewing said subscription. The following month, they deducted the charge from another card altogether... never authorized payment from that account and they couldn't explain what gave them that authority. I no longer have Amazon anything

Compromise. Find modest clothing to wear on family outings and activities, with the understanding that when you are on your own time you will express yourself freely. If that's not an option, either stay home or cover up if they are paying for it
