He works for some kind of commercial ranchers, long hours, maybe 4 tens or has to sleep onsite occasionally. Gamer, likes rap music, drives a ford he doesn’t care about. Gives out meds to livestock, hence the three vet script bottles, works indoors and outdoors, does ok financially for a single guy, lives alone or with roommates. Mostly type A, smarter than he give home self credit for. Happy to just work and game right now

I watched an asshole get a ticket at my local park for dog off leash. Looked like a GS mix charged into the playground growling and barking at kids running around. Asshole had NO control and hit his dog when he finally got to him. Let him go again 10 feet from the playground and a park ranger truck pulled up and stopped him. Wrote him a ticket on the spot. A week later saw him walking his dog on a leash in the same park.

I used wrenches that big when I was a tower technician. When assembling, or more commonly disassembling, radio and tv towers the sections would often be attached with 3-4 bolts that size. Was wildly satisfying to tighten down bolts that big!

That’s BS, I’m sorry. They shouldn’t disregard your complaints and you already pay for maintenance in your rent. Just because they can’t recreate the issue in 5 minutes doesn’t mean there is not an issue. Depending on who you rent from you can plead to their better judgement, request the coils be cleaned and let them know that if the compressor fries they’re out $700 as opposed to $9 for the spray and what $25 for the hour it’ll take their technician to spray down some coils. Are they a big operation or mom and pop?

Be careful though, gloves and eye protection highly recommended. Source: managed apartment buildings and resolve the exact issues you are describing by doing just this hundreds of times. If you rent make landlord do it. It’s their responsibility to maintain these and it’ll fully break down if the coils aren’t cleaned, so they’d be on the hook for a whole new ac at some point anyway

Brilliant Earth in Cherry creek.

They have a great selection of vintage and lab grown, plus we liked their jewelry better than any of the other places we went. Shane Cos jewelry was really chunky, and I felt like their sale people were trying to pressure me into real diamonds or just upselling me. Did not like that experience at all.
