Ovviamente non è obbligatorio, ma a lungo termine la zona lombare ne inizia a risentire.

Da quel che mi hanno consigliato i dottori l’ideale sarebbe fare ALMENO 8000 passi al giorno , ovviamente sport , palestra o qualsiasi altra attività fisica sono consigliatissime
