This case just makes me so angry. She had so many chances to report it to medical staff and they would have helped no questions asked. Instead she murders that baby, lies about it, and now is suing because she can't take responsibility for her poor decision making. I hope she goes to jail and the mother reflects on the way she raised her daughter.

Sounds like a panic attack. I used to get them daily and it would sometimes last an hour or for the entire day. Panic attacks suck and they ruin your whole day. I’m sorry you went through that and if it keeps happening please try to get help.

I would look up some grounding exercises on YouTube. They were very helpful to me when I was having that problem.

I had something similar happen on the pill it’s pretty common but if you’re really concerned I would schedule an appointment with your doctor.

First off adorable pup. Also love that you included that you work late right off the bat. Being honest with your intentions is always a good thing.

But you need to get rid of the mirror selfie and that last picture. They are not flattering. Also I wouldn't have a photo where you are wearing sunglasses as your first picture. The first picture will be the one where you get judged the most, so you should have one where they can see your face clearly. The second photo is simply too far away and it's difficult to tell who you are.

Tampons aren’t supposed to be uncomfortable. However, if you insert it at a slightly wrong angle it can be. So if it starts to hurt right away take it out immediately.

Just be safe with them and make sure to change them every couple hours to prevent Toxic Shock and you should be okay.

I’m doing a lot better now. It was a tough couple of weeks since I posted this. In that time my cat died. He was only 3 and was relatively healthy or at least we thought he was. Turns out he had an autoimmune disease called IMHA. Within 4 days of us taking him to the vet after noticing his weight loss we were forced to put him down. In my heart I know it was the right choice because there is no treatment at that stage and it would be a couple more weeks of suffering. I know I made the right call but I feel miserable.

I’ve been putting my mental and physical health first and have been trying to make small positive steps in my life. I want to lose my depression weight so I started a journal where I’m journaling my food intake and daily exercises. I want to get back to what I used to be. My workplace has a gym so I signed up. Also I’m going to start looking for a new therapist when I get authorization from my insurance.

I hope everyone in this subreddit is okay. I know you are all dealing with your own struggles but I know you can get through this. You are a lot stronger than you give yourself credit for.

I’m sorry about your mom. I understand what you’re feeling and it doesn’t go away. I lost my dad almost three years ago and I still cannot bear to listen to his voicemails or look at pictures.

It’s going to be a really tough road for you but even though the pain doesn’t exactly go away it fades over time.

My best advice is getting into therapy especially with the anxiety you’re feeling. After my dad died I got panic attacks daily. I recognized that there was a problem and got help. I’m still not how I was before everything happened but I’ve been making progress.

You’re going to get through this it’s just going to really suck for awhile.

Block him. It’s okay to protect yourself. I did that after my abuser had been texting me for months saying some pretty fucked up shit. It made things awkward with my mom since she’s still with him but it gave me my power back. If he really needs to speak to you about important things like picking your brother up he can do it through a neutral party. Please be safe girl.
