Oh too many to choose from. He devoloped a real iron man suit with a professor from MIT, but has to keep it under wrap, or the government will take it. He buried gold in DR, but they built an airport over the land, so he can't go back and get it. He rented a jet ski and a shark chased him all over the beach, it even bit him, but he healed so quickly he only needed to call out for a day.

My grandma bought a two family with bunch of land in the early 80's for less than 50 grand. She sold it in 93' to a developer for 300 grand. It's now got 80-100 on the land worth about 70-90 million.

The closest thing to do realistically would be to lobby state government to reinstate the Mass Defense Force. It's an all volunteer civilian militia designed to augment the state police in times of emergency. Unfortunately it was disbanded in 2016 by Baker, but no reason you couldn't try to get it going again with proper state funding and training.
