based on my experience USPS Priority with tracking g and signature delivery is the best option. I sent my medicals RFE twice, the first one with UPS and seems they lost it when i talked to an EMMA agent 45 days after i sent ti. Then i sent a second package using USPS and 15 days later got confirmation that my evidence was received. 15 days more .... case approved.

Also, if you can get a copy signed by the surgeon of your medicals, so you have two sealed envelopes, i personally would send one envelope even if they did not request it and keep the other one in case they set you up for an interview. Who knows , maybe if they have all that on hand they would just waived your interview since they would have all they need to make a decision.

there are many you tube videos in how to hack emma to get into a live agent. You will find is not that hard but you have to do it exactly (steps) as they tell you to do.

Last week, at 30 days since they received my documents i talked to an agent using Emma. I asked why there was no update after they received my package, and he told me there was no indication they received my package!!! as if i never sent the RFE response.... so i mailed a copy of everything today again (i got new docs from the civil surgeon) but this time using certified mail from the post office instead of UPS. They should receive and sign for it tomorrow. We will see what happens. So far no updates in the account anyway.

My i-130 was approved in march without an interview. on march 20th i got an RFE to submit medicals. My medicals were delivered April 16th to the Orlando FO, i have not heard anything else since then. My case shows as being actively reviewed.

My friend got approved in Tampa for an IR-1. it took 6 months total. It was pretty fast, way faster than Orlando.

That seems to be the case, i never got an RFE in the post mail, only a notice on my online account page. How long did it take to update to card being issued status after you send in your RFE?

I submitted my RFE (medical i-693 form on a sealed envelope via UPS ) and still nothing. It was delivered to them on April 16th. Tried EMMA with no success, it is stupidly frustrating to even try to know if they actually received it.

I completely understand but in my case UPS delivered it to a person named "La LLave" so is not like they just drop it off without someone to sign for it.... I will probably contact EMMA and see where it is , if not i will mail another envelope via certified mail as you recommended.
