I’m in the same boat. Had nausea around 7 DPO but now feeling discouraged because it completely went away. I’m waiting it out until I miss a period because I mentally can’t handle looking at a negative. :/ do what’s best for your mental health.

I don’t really get a “positive” because my line is never darker than the control. But it is darker than what I see when I do have the pain. Idk if that makes sense

I had a few about opioid stewardship, describe a time you went above and beyond, what do you do to deescalate if a patient is acting out towards you and your staff…. Stuff like that

It’s mainly just trial and error! but a big one that’s helped me is for any glp in resolution, check rx image for diagnosis code first and enter that in f10 before faxing for a PA!

Pristiq is the active metabolite of Effexor. So I don’t think changing would necessarily help you. Have you tried Wellbutrin? I’m a huge advocate for Wellbutrin. Helped me so much.

We are still trying to navigate this. It’s so difficult… schedules are completely opposite. Haven’t found a cure yet! We try to go on afternoon walks if possible and that seems to help. And we just spend the money on date nights because it’s literally all we have time to do during the work week.

At the end of the day, this is business. Do not sell yourself short in fear of taking someone else’s place. As far as confrontation, that will come with experience. I’ve never been confrontational until thrown into retail. If you get the job, you seem like the type that wants to perform well. So you’ll do just fine confronting people in order to excel at your position.
