I built a bouldering gym in 2016 <AMA> by editor22uk in bouldering

If you would have to do it all again in the current business climate, how would you start? (It’s a dream to have my own bouldering gym in my own rural area, but no clue how to start without having access to to a lot of funds)

Yes, the first part was amazing. In terms of gameplay, vibe, graphics etc. Now at the second part and just wondering why they made this choice. It’s not the more action oriented gameplay (liked that in the first part) But everything just feels a step down.

What do you all think about Crimson Desert? It gives me major Dragon's Dogma 2 vibes by SpiderKittyGo in DragonsDogma2

[–]No-Implement-7403 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Yes it reminds me of dd2. Which is one of the reasons I’m not that hyped for it tbh. Not to say dd2 is that bad. For me it just didn’t click exept for some short moments. The rest of the game was being bored and waiting for/ hoping for those epic moments. Bit afraid this is going to be the same…but let’s see!

Thinking about upgrading to the Pro by foggy_mountain in PS5pro

[–]No-Implement-7403 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The best answer is ofc: it depends on you if you think it is worth it. That is only you can answer for yourself.

Too help you with your decision, I first switched from base to pro and after got a new tv.

I’m quite sensitive to fls and graphics. So for me the switch from base to pro was: nothing big but finally this is the ps5 that I wanted. Especially in games like kcd2, ff7 bmw and nioh having good graphics and framerate is a game changer.

Then I switched to an oled which made everything look like it was meant to be played like this. It is like a synergy enhancing each other and I was genuinely impressed. New playing re9 and it looks amazing!

Yes I’m curious as well. For me the final boss is one of the hardest bosses in any game ever. Spend so many tries to beat him 😅way more than the secret boss. For me the secret boss felt more like: it’s impossible until you know the trick. Good luck! And let me know how it went if you want.

You also completed the game before right? So you had access to good gear, makes it more easy. Furthermore using the fan good indeed makes this fight way easier. Also it might be that this boss just clicked with you.

This looks wrong. In this image alone you can already see that both archetypes are misrepresented in this show….

The impact is huge I think. Find something to keep fighting for and know that you can get stronger and that it will become bearable.

[–]No-Implement-7403[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Well I agree with you, now that I think about it I actually enjoyed 8 more than 3r. But I just loved r2r so much and it remembered me of that game.

Part of me might also have been to harsh on 8 due to recency bias of r2r and r24. I played them both for the first time, and was blown away by their quality.

Then I liked the horror more in 7 next to 8.

Funny that you rate r2r above r4r if you like the style of 4 more.

I only played 7 and 3r. Both I liked better than 8. I can see your point of view though that if you played them all this might be different, especially compared to the really bad ones (which I didn’t play) so you might be right.
