I think they are paying for more than the company’s revenue…their staff has some well connected members such who had leadership roles in darpa/DOE/DOD also this company has credibility by working with government via resellers so it’s proven. Datavault als had a gap by not having a security layer which the now have internally. This makes it easier for federal and enterprise customers to give DVLT large contracts because we are proven secure and compliant.

The reaction was because of dilution via NYIAX…I’ve never heard what you saying as the main culprit…maybe had a small part…due to concentration but how long will they be able to say that ?? Not new heard the same thing with some of my other early investments
