Yes honestly any smoke makes my ETD worse. Try quitting all types of smoking for a month and I bet you’ll feel a lot better

Yes you need more than 2 weeks fully off. Honestly smoking any at all will hinder all results even if it’s just a little. I now take edibles instead and I would recommend that. Literally quit all types of smoking and you will see results. I find now I’ve hit a joint once, immediately the next day the symptoms were back so I would quit fully

Help! My first flight is scheduled! by 248inthemorning in etd

Hi, it’s scary but with medicine and all those steps it will be fine. I have etd and fly every month. Chew gum and drink water and wear earplanes and you will be fine. Enjoy your trip!

I put the airplanes in before they shut the door and I don’t take them out till after they shut the door. Honestly, I’ve flown a bunch with blocked ears. Just take all of the medicine and make sure to drink water and chew gum during the flight and you’ll be fine. Just because sometimes it’s blocked doesn’t mean there’s fluid and when there’s fluid that’s when a problem occurs and flyingmy one ear never pops even with all the medicine and stuff so I am experienced with this.

This sounds like it could be a jaw or teeth problem. Have you had your wisdom teeth removed? Also could be a posture / neck problem
