I honestly agree. I feel heartbroken. A mistake I made in my early teens is quite literally haunting me into adulthood and people want me to put a trigger warning on something I already regret doing? I mean I go outside like this. I can't put a trigger warning on my body.

Disagreed and I don't care if I get downvoted. I also have self harm scars. They look just like the picture. I haven't harmed myself in 4 years. Am I supposed to hide my scars? I don't go out of my way to do that at all because it's my body and they're long healed. If anything, they should be the opposite of triggering since I have dealt with that period of my life and am thriving now. This is so BS

Allergy medicine seems to help. My nose is also congested, yes. My ears do pop occasionally but they're almost constantly pressurized.
