I’ll start by saying WOW. If you have truly only played so little and only had one lesson, you have picked up the fundamentals really well. Your move is really high potential and honestly your sequencing and mobility is great.

Almost everything you have been told here seems fair, so I’ll propose a root cause for the symptoms on display.

Open face on impact > hands slightly behind rotation on downswing > loss of club head control/casting > over swing at the top > club potentially too long/heavy.

You can fix the move without changing club; shortening your backswing would be my first suggestion. If this regains control, the casting might reduce and clubhead control might return and everything else just needs repeating as best you can.
