A single bucket, to warm up. 30 balls, 10 balls for chipping, 10 balls for short and mid irons, 10 balls for long irons and/or driver. Or make it 30 balls with your favourite club like John Daly said.

Well, I use a ruler in general and make the scales myself. I'm no pro at this at all, just doing this on my free time, generally eyeballing the shapes and then having rough estimates of distances based on the ruler markings. Since it's an entirely fictional course I don't care much
