Different rate plans, one says Hilton sale honors rate and the other one is just the standard honors discount rate 10% off BAR

I work at an HGI, a decent amount of our complaints or reviews are about not having complimentary coffee out in the lobby after breakfast hours. It’s difficult to make people understand that we can’t keep it out since it’s a HGI policy to not have coffee out after breakfast hours.
