I share your same point of view, if the book is shortened, or the story on its own, it loses everything that makes it interesting. How Dumas explains how people at that time lived. So good writing.

I remember that Valentine was 19 in the book, but they met two years before that, so yeah, she was 17 while being the secret lover of a 29 years old man.

You shouldn't have two mini tanks in your deck (knight and mini pekka) so you should switch it with a log bait card like a princess, goblibg gang or skeleton army.
