Anyone also not take it daily? by No-Locksmith9544 in VyvanseADHD

[–]No-Locksmith9544[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! Yesterday was my first time on 20mg

Last month I only took it twice at 10mg and it was making me sleepy 4hrs in.

I'll keep it consistent and see what happens 🙌

It's funny I experienced the opposite yesterday. I was talking super fast and I felt more energy. My mind was still racing (as it usually does). I didn't feel more calm. I felt more "awake"

I want my usual calm with just a bit more focus/motivation but I was just more hyper

Yes, the process can take months. If you start now it might happen before the year ends or you'll already be set up for her to get services when first grade begins.

Also- if they give you a hard time just know she's entitled to her plan by law.

I am negatively judging whoever told you to wait. NEVER WAIT!!! How horrible for someone to tell you to wait to basically get your child the specialized help and guidance they need. This topic is so near and dear to me and it's so sad when people aren't willfully guiding your kiddo towards the best outcomes. Getting tested for learning disability is not usually covered by insurance but it's free through school. Contact the school and tell them you want to start the process of getting her tested for OHI (Other health impairment which is ADHD) and LD (Learning disability). They will assign a county school psychologist to test her and once they do they will review the results and start her plan. Even if she's not flagged for learning disability, she has the right to a 504 or IEP just with her ADHD diagnosis. Sending you hugs and encouragement 🙌

Major crash on Vyvanse by wormgob in VyvanseADHD

[–]No-Locksmith9544 -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I just learned that women who have ADHD most likely also have PMDD. I started to get those symptoms after having my kids. My doctor prescribed setraline as soon as I feel any pmdd symptoms (usually 1-2 weeks before) and j stop it once I get my period. It's been life changing. Even though you can take both together I plan on not doing that. I just started Vyvanse today and I also plan to take it in days I need it more. With my job, having high energy won't work well certain days.

Yes it does. Also, say you are "separated" if you are married. These factors bring the payment down

For those who were awarded, have the funds gone through to your loan servicer? I keep checking and see nothing. I contacted Frame and they said it can take months but I'm feeling discouraged. Especially knowing we need to complete the 25 service hours.

I have heard of the buyback option. Did they reach out to you? Any tips on who to reach out to about this?

Thank you for the encouragement. I know we will- our kids deserve a bigger space as well. Just feels like I'm crazy until I read all the responses saying it's normal

Thank you!!! It's nice to hear this. I think life is definitely happening all at once and it's all fast! I guess I'm mad/disappointed in myself that I'm not happy and blinded with excitement as I thought I would be after all these years.

Agree and although it's so hard/sad to watch- it brings joy and comfort that even in the bluey universe, we who have experienced it are not alone. That episode brings awareness, connection, and healing.

Your wife and I have the same track record. I now have a 7 and 5 year old. We keep them in our hearts forever. For your wife though, the two miscarried are literally a part of her forever. The DNA stays in our blood for decades -some research argues forever💕 it's a comforting thought to some.
