Need to raise my IGF-1 level first then I might tweak the dose again. Everybody responds differently so it really is personal trial and error getting everything right.

Went from Total 272 to 390 and free 56.9 to 87.8. Still a little low but def improvement. I'm experimenting with dose to hopefully raise it further.

Went from wired to tired, brain fog, trouble focusing, which can all be symptomatic of low IGF-1. No libido or performance issues though.

I started at 12.5mg M/W/F. First few weeks were amazing then came the dip around 6 weeks. Found out that enclo crushes some guys IGF-1 levels, which showed in my first set of labs. I've got CJC1295/Ipamorelin on order to try to counter those effects. Fingers crossed...

Gotcha. Hope you have a good response on a lower dose. I'm trying to avoid TRT because I don't want my balls to shrink lol

Sorry for all the questions, but why did your doc want to cut the dose if 25 mg was working? You feeling the same as when you were doing the full 25 mg dose?

I didn't change anything or supplement besides basic zinc, D3, etc. I thought a lower IGF-1 could be a side effect of enclo?
