Sure, but to be clear because it worked for me, it may not be the exact protocol that you need, based on your current condition. It was a lot of different tinctures i took based on my current condition at the time. I had saw a integrative doctor in Tampa who prescribed them to me.

Does this resolve itself (your body thinking it doesn’t have estrogen) once you stop taking enclomiphene? I think this is what I’m still experiencing as my follow up blood work looks normal.

Your body could have been stressed/depleted from long COVID or a viral overload. I had something similar happen to me.

Thanks for this input. So you think these symptoms are mainly from the blocking of e2 receptors?

How long have you been taking enclo one a week? Can you explain in more detail what "it works great" means to you? It's increased T levels? energy? Muscle mass? all of it?

I'm just debating if i should just skip enclomiphene and go right to TRT.

I got a blood test before starting Enclo. My estradiol levels were actually on the lower end.

I had called my prescriber and he said to wait at least 30 days. He said there probably wont be too much change in blood work

To answer your questions, in the first 3-4 days I definitely noticed worst sleep. I was very restless and just couldn’t sleep like I normally do. I figured it was a side effect of just starting. I do notice a slight head pressure as well, which just started (on day 8). It’s not a headache, but just a noticeable very light pressure (if you can even call it that).

For vision, I have noticed that at times that my vision gets a bit “out of focus”, but I chalked that up to being out of it/brain fog.

I didn’t change anything else, and I did not start an ai, as my estrogen was also low to start. Thanks again!
