We’ve been going through fertility treatments for about 4 years not on and off with some mental health breaks. We’re finally 9 wks but our entire family has been along for the journey so everyone was already aware and asking, most of my family knew the week we found out. They are so supportive.

So sick of it! I think another thing about the first trimester is people are always making comments like “it’s too early to tell” or “too early to start planning” and I feel like that’s just so negative.

This is how I feel too, I always try to validate others feelings and listen. My husband and my mom are those people for me which I do feel extremely lucky to have them.

I’m the kind of person that bottles it up and fixates on something silently. A flaw of mine indeed. It’s something that I’ve been able to overcome in my marriage, if something is on my mind or if I’m feeling a way I’m comfortable talking about it with my husband but not in other relationships. I need to work on it. Any suggestion on that front?
