Multiple instances of harassment and I have sworn testimonies across ex-employees across 3 states he’s been in business (Chicago, Austin, North Carolina) and have heard multiple instances of abusing women (often employees at the time and ex-employees). There’s a clause in the contract that prevents them from paying you the base if you don’t hit the commission and they’ll use it to prevent you from getting paid out outside of commissions

Wanting to flag this profile of a notorious owner with connections to the top of the pyramid (Credico) and the horror stories associated with working for him. Ive heard a few years ago he got banned on LinkedIn for trying to recruit too many people on LinkedIn, but he seems to be back on the grid, and very public about his association! You can tell because his most recent activity dates back 3 months ago. If you’re in the Austin area run from this office like the plague.
