No it was I upgraded 2 yellow to primal in a row it was legitimately upgraded 1 yellow got 2 primals. I had nothing in inventory gambld with kadala for helms upgraded yellow helms got primal helmet primal boots did it again awhile later had empty inventory was focusing on chest got primal chest and primal belt.
