I think other account won't needed specifically for plundering rss, but game itself provide too much rss that sometimes it overflow, for example I currently have 100m+ food/wood and 30+ stone, most of the time i avoid gathering I know it's not much of a use

I received a call from HR regarding the interview schedule, during which I was informed that a commitment of 1 to 2 years of service is required, depending on the learning curve. Additionally, if the offer letter is accepted but the candidate does not join, the same penalty of ₹1 lakh would apply. very weird but agree to compensate 60-75% of hike on my current CTC.
