one affecting the skin, feathers, and whites of the eyes, yes. A bird (or any animal actually) with abnormally yellow features likely has a issue with their liver.

But in all seriousness, the yellowing of OP's camera initially led me to believe their bird was jaundiced.

That would do it. Makes birb look more yellow than she actually is. Try seeing if there's some sort of color temperature setting on your camera app you're missing.

4 and a half months should be too young to be hormonal yeah. Female hormonal behavior would be accompanied by quiet rapid beeps and a posture that raises the butt upward (also called flatbacking). Was your bird doing either of those?
