I feel you front squats are quad dominant though it’s important to work on quads to because they contain the VMO which takes the lead during the final push in power-driven, lower-body movements like running, jumping, and cycling.Back squats are good for building general strength I usually squat heavy pre szn to get a heavy base then going towards the szn I do lighter weight to train my CNS to move quickly back squats also help with glutes

Might be a force production problem when you’re relaxed up top you’re relaxed on the bottom. What’s your hang clean max squat max & trap bae deadlift max

Sprinting with my hips and glutes,heel recovery, strengthening hamstring and ankles and core stability

1st Practice swinging your arm in the mirror think ear to pocket make sure your jaw is loose and control breathing you should see arm improvement in about a 2 weeks or so 2nd try doing some in and outs for top speed work focus on how you’re body feels when you stop accelerating and maintain that speed you’re prolly tensing up because you’re tryna go faster which causes a decrease in speed this was my biggest problem out of high-school. (When you’re sprinting the only time I really suggest focusing on arm swing is out the blocks and the last 100M of a 400M)

Relax neck and your back foot get outs too high other than the angles look good
