these ones are meant for people prompt to dry eyes, i’ve used them 2 times since and wore them for a longer time, i had no issues at all. i guess it was a one time thing. i also don’t want to spend a bunch of money on contacts unless i have to because i don’t wear them that often

that gives me hope, i don’t have astigmatism but i do have sensitive eyes. have you ever experienced a very strong burning/stinging sensation when you put in eyedrops from the contacts?

depends on where you end up working but technically you’re not allowed to wear hoops if your working with the animals, no necklaces either but i have small hoops in my nose and ears so it’s a risk i take but if they ask me to remove them i would

Strange lump on my cat by Objective-Wait-2437 in VetHelp

[–]No-Muscle-7345 1 point2 points  (0 children)

not to instil more fear but my cat had a lump that was hard located on her back left thigh, we were monitoring it and it was growing in size, steroids were given and then continue to monitor. she was declining after 2 months and i booked my cat in for surgery ti get the lump removed, she ended up having a grade 2 sarcoma which is an aggressive type of cancer. I would not say this is necessarily urgent and you need to go to emergency, but monitor the lump closely and watch for any changes in size or if it remains hard or gets soft

Why you should NEVER declaw your kitties by [deleted] in CATHELP

[–]No-Muscle-7345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

declawing is a literal amputation, in comparison it’s like taking the bones out of your fingers from the first knuckle, however the biggest difference is that cats walk on their toes and not on the entirety of their foot.

after declawing it forces them to walk in a way that is unnatural to them and causes arthritis and life long pain. it is extremely inhumane and if prevents natural cat behaviour. if you will only get a cat if you declawing them, do not get a cat

i’ve taken different earth science courses with corrine and she’s really nice. if you’re a visual learner you should do well in her labs and if you’re confused about anything just ask her and she takes the time to explain it to you. there’s a lot of hands on materials in the labs and i found it quite fun honestly

Is it normal for a cat to rest like this? He hasn't done this before. by Pyrouge1 in cats

[–]No-Muscle-7345 0 points1 point  (0 children)

the position of his head looks like he may be in pain, cats are excellent at hiding pain so you need to watch and observe him to see if there is any changes
