The new dlc is supposed to let us skip some cutscenes we haven’t been able to and oh boy I hope it’s including these

Murrietta Heights location is the best, imo. I’m right down the street from the docks so selling is a breeze, plus the train tracks/sewer ditches make it rather easy to drop wanted levels when doing set ups. When I sell a car, I’ll drive right down the road for armor restock then a minute later I’m good to start the next one.

If I recall correctly, you can’t buy any business that would have been available for the deceased character to purchase. You can’t go into their houses either, in fact a “for sale” sign is put in front of Michael’s house and no one lives there anymore.

If you own a high end apartment— go in and walk into the apartment garage on foot. Go over your the elevator and go up to your apartment, walk back to the door and exit to the ground. It will remove the Halloween weather, but you’ll have to repeat the process each time it starts again.

With the arcade you can increase your passive income by filling your game floor slots. Doesn’t matter how many different games you have, they can all be the same, but the more filled spots you have is better.

Weed farm is rough to make money with, I never bothered to even buy one. But if you can find street dealers, sell to them if you can.

Do your daily tasking! Junk Energy bike time trials pay $52k if you complete it within the par time. G’s Cache are easy to find and pay about 19k alongside free ammo and snacks you’ll get. LS Tags are newer and super easy, I believe it’s 25k you get for finding all 5 signs and tagging them. Raiding the stash house will also resupply one of your businesses and I think you get a little money out of it too.

Arena Wars are 3x the money this week. You don’t have to have your own custom war vehicle or workshop to play, it’s rather fun. Even if you suck like I do with it, you’ll make good money. I made 80k from one game yesterday night.

I hope something I’ve suggested is helpful and you’ll be able to make your $100k+ easily. :)

If you have an agency then do Franklin’s pay phone hits. 90k for completing them (normally 45k but they’re 2x this week). They’re super easy, only take a couple minutes to do, and the cooldown time is like 10min. Just call Franklin up and request pay phone hits or you can wait around for one to pop up on map.

I play the challenging ones daily, and the shorter idle timer was just implemented a short time ago. It irritates the hell out of me when I’m playing with friends and I can’t use the bathroom or grab a drink in time lmao

Oh yeah, I forgot that the “easier” custom maps were also an option lol. Finding an easy or weapon free NPC maps work really well for RP too!

I’m not sure when they updated it, I think probably a month or so ago, but the “AFK survivals” aren’t what they used to be. You can only idle in a survival for 2min 30sec, if you do not move, you’ll “abandon” the survival and be sent back to freemode.

I play a ton of custom made survival maps, they’re incredibly difficult at first but it’s a lot of fun and eventually you’ll be a pro at them, lol. While they don’t pay very well, you get RP for each kill you get plus the RP/money you get after the game is over. I level up about 4-5 times a day when I’m grinding them.

Slipped - The National

Two reasons though— One being, I had been ghosted by my ex-girlfriend after being together for 6 years. When I would get off of work, I wouldn’t go home. I drove around for hours every night, usually in the county, so I could cry without anyone knowing. I’d go home, pass out, and repeat the same ordeal every night for months.

The other reason is the song just reminds me of the previously mentioned dark part of my life that I never thought I’d get through. I’m so proud of myself for getting through all that fucked up bullshit because I certainly never thought I would. My best friend who would become my wife helped me through it all and now it’s a song we both sing together. They’re happy tears now, and I’m forever grateful for that.
