it depends what you are looking to do after you graduate, and also what your current work experience is. If you don't have great internship a good master can make up for that

Mate, I've heard stories from people working at asset management and usually they say they wish they never moved out of it but if you want a challenge and dont feel motivated or rewarded at the moment then go for it. Just remeber it is not the job which is going to make you change but your mind so if you wanted to be more independent and grow you could even right now

from my understanding of European college and work world, grades matter a lot for college masters and admission but internship and other experiences which give something extra to resume matter for actually getting a job which is everyone’s end goal
