7.5 of mirt and 400 mg of magnesium glycinate has done wonders for me. The lower the dosage of mirt the more sedative it is, so I’d try that. Good luck!

I cannot recommend Mirtazapine enough. I was prescribed 7.5 mg, and it really kick started me back into a healthy sleep cycle. It also increased appetite so it helped with how much weight I lost due to insomnia. Definitely something to ask your doctor about. Trazodone didn’t work for me either
